We’ve been very busy in March with AQMs hosted in Pretoria, Johannesburg, Durban, Cape Town, Port Elizabeth and George.

Again the recent round of AQMs was a great platform to communicate and connect with our customers and to tell them all about Amadeus’ latest products.

More importantly and of course, it is only about Amadeus’ latest products, the best part of the AQMs are that Amadeus and their customers can catch up over a cup of coffee and something to eat.

If you could not make it to the AQMs this time around, here is what you missed:

Says Veronica Cullis of 1to1 Travel, “I always find the AQMs very informative and I personally feel that they have much more impact than receiving a newsletter or other forms of updates. Seeing as Amadeus is so mobile now, I also think it would be great if we could bring our devices and have more interactive sessions. You remember information better if you have done it yourself.”

“This was only my second AQM ever and I regret not making the time to go to all of them! As the saying goes, we only use 10% of our brains…I feel that’s the same way with Amadeus and if we could just unlock and use it to its full potential, we will really become super heroes!” adds Holly Pereira of Checkout Travel.

Allison Lilly of Sure Aeroflite Travel attended the Durban AQM and said: “As always, I found it to be extremely informative. I learned about new products which will enhance my business and there was a recap on some of the existing products which helped me to streamline the way I work. The presentations were interesting and informative and the staff are always very friendly and knowledgable.

General Manager at Amadeus GTD Southern Africa, Andy Hedley also shared the exciting news that this year there will be more than one opportunity to have an informal gathering with customers.

“Our AQMs are not only about Amadeus and what we have to say, it is more importantly about our customers and what they can tell us,” adds Andy.
