Last week, we introduced you the fabulous and helpful Amanda chatbot who can give you immediate answers to all your Amadeus questions at the click of a button.

In our Amadeus tip today, we’ll show you exactly how you can start interacting with this friendly assistant.

To start interacting with Amanda, you need to click on the box labelled Amanda as seen in the graphic below.

A pop-up window will appear, and you will find yourself ready to interact with Amanda. Let’s take a look and see how Amanda responds to the following question:

How do I search for availability?

Amanda automatically detects the keyword, searches for related topics and provides different options associated with your query.

Can Amanda help me with my reservation?

In the case where you need assistance with your reservation, keep in mind that Amanda cannot display or action your PNR. However, you may ask her promptly questions about your reservation or transactions associated with it.

Amanda may specifically address your question or provide suggestions such as:

  • Links to documentation found in Amadeus Service Hub
  • Images
  • Informative content that can be either displayed or downloaded through your web browser
  • More topic related questions in the case that the information provided by Amanda was not specific enough and you require further clarification.
