Amadeus Queues allow airlines, travel agents and service providers to send and receive messages on PNRs requiring action.
The following procedure shows you how to display and process queues.
Enter QT to display the active queues that contain PNRs
Enter QS[queueN°]C[categoryN°] to start processing a queue in the queues bank. The 1st PNR or message in the queue is displayed for you to work on. Example: QS1C0
Enter QD re-queue the current PNR or message to the bottom of the queue and display the next PNR/message:
Enter QN to remove the current PNR or message from the queue and display the next PNR/message
Enter QI to ignore changes to a PNR or message and exit the queue or
Enter QF to transaction on the PNR, remove from the queue, and exit Queues
Enter QFR End transaction on the PNR, remove from the queue, exit Queues, and redisplay the PNR
