After an impressive 16 years of service, helpdesk/trainer at Amadeus Nigeria Kayode Ademoye retired at the end of April… but not without a party to celebrate his achievements!

Amadeus Nigeria organised a fabulous ‘send forth’ party for Mr Ademoye. It was a fun-filled event with in attendance the entire Amadeus Nigeria team: General Manager Yann Gilbert, office managers, colleagues, family and friends all came together to celebrate Mr Ademoye and wish him the very best for the future.

“Mr Kayode Ademoye, Prof as we fondly call him, is not just a colleague but also a father figure. He has performed excellently well and deserves a glorious retirement after 16 years of active service to the company,” said colleague Idowu Adewoye.

Idowu added Mr Ademoye has a heart of gold and knows how to build a relationship amongst colleagues. His wisdom, and the way he always defended his colleagues are virtues that will be sorely missed at the office, said Idowu.

Blaise Obot, Amadeus Port Harcourt, says Mr Ademoye has contributed a lot to the travel industry. Says Blaise: “Always willing to serve, Mr Ademoye will go the extra mile to provide answers and to ensure everyone is given the best solution. On behalf of All Amadeus customers. Thank you “Prof”! We wish you all the best!”

Mr Ademoye himself looks back fondly on his time at Amadeus: “Throughout my time at Amadeus I was in the fortunate position to make many friends, not just at home but also abroad and of course the friends I have made in Amadeus Travel Agent Partners.”

His parting message to Amadeus was: “Continue to be proactive and quick to respond to partners’ queries. Also, continue to be leaders in innovation and creativity and never stop thinking of new ideas and new ways of doing things.”
