Creating strong passwords is an art, but remembering complex passwords can be an even greater art!

Experts tell us ‘strong’ passwords need to be quite long and include numbers, symbols, capital letters and lower case letters. Never use your pets’ names, children’s names or birthday dates and don’t even think about being clever and using the word ‘password’.

Since using the same password for all your accounts is also not advised, it can become a challenge to remember all these complex ‘tough-to-guess’ passwords for the multiple accounts most of us log into every day.

Luckily, on Amadeus Selling Platform Connect, you can easily reset your password at any time. We’ll tell you how to go about it in this latest Amadeus Tip:

1. Click on the Forgot your password? link on the login page.

2. If you entered your office ID on the login page, it is displayed in the Office ID field. Otherwise, enter your office ID and click on Next.

3. Enter your user details, enter and confirm your new password, and click on Reset Password.

This sends an email with a link to confirm your new password.

4. Click on the link in the email and confirm your new password.

The email will be sent to the email address defined for your username account creation.  If you do not receive the email, contact your security administrator or the Amadeus Helpdesk to verify that your username account email address is correctly defined.
