Amadeus Link Invoice automates the invoice process for travel agents, allowing them to increase their productivity as well as significantly reduce possible errors. In this Amadeus Tip, we will show you how to get started with this amazing new Amadeus Product.
Amadeus Link Invoice is available through a platform known as the Business Management Platform (BMP). BMP can be accessed through a number of browsers, including Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Safari.
In order to access the BMP platform and start working on Amadeus Link Invoice, you will need a Terminal (which is similar to a User ID), a Login and a Password. All of this can be provided to you by your local Amadeus office.
Important to remember is that the password is case-sensitive. The system will automatically lock you out if you fill in the wrong password several times. However, you will be able to reset your password, using the ‘forgot password’ link.
When you click on ‘Get Started’, the system will take you to the homepage of the Amadeus BMP platform. In order to access Amadeus Link Invoice, click on MOS (Made Office System) on the blue bar on the homepage.
Under MOS, travel agents can start creating their accounting documentation.
