Amadeus Nigeria has recently moved to its brand new office in Lagos in the exclusive and vibrant Ikoyi suburb. The new address is:
4 Agbeke Rotinwa Close, Dolphin Estate Extension in Ikoyi, Lagos.
“The ambience of the new office is really inviting for our customers and a happy place to work for the employees,” says Yann Gilbert, General Manager for Amadeus in Nigeria.
To celebrate the opening of the new office, Amadeus invited Nigerian travel agents and other industry players to an opening ceremony. During this event, Yann Gilbert explained that after 15 years of doing business in Nigeria, Amadeus had decided to move its office to Ikoyi to move closer to Amadeus’ customers.
Paul de Villiers, Vice-President for Amadeus Africa, travelled to Nigeria to attend the opening of the new offices. He explains this was his very first visit to Nigeria after 15 years, when he was in the inauguration event of Amadeus in Nigeria. He was impressed by the evolution of both the country and its population in these years.
Said de Villiers: “I was impressed by Nigeria by its size as the biggest economy in Africa. I really admire the Nigerians because they are dynamic, ambitious, entrepreneurial people and this is what makes a nation move.”
De Villiers explains that Amadeus believes in the future of Nigeria. “We will continue investing in the country. The launch of the new offices is just another proof of our commitment to Nigeria.”
